o Information we receive from you on applications, tax preparation organizers, worksheets, and other documents we use in the preparation of your personal or business tax returns, financial statements, payroll tax returns, payroll check writing, or other services that we may provide.
o Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
o Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to any unaffiliated third party except as permitted by law (e.g., responding to a government agency subpoena).
PRIVACY PREFERENCE
In compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, we will be sending you our privacy policy statement with your tax organizer and on our website. If you would like us to change the way we handle your nonpublic personal information, please contact your supervising accountant at (847) 395-6000 or by writing us at James Hamlin & Co., P.C., 1555 Main Street, P.O. Box 789, Antioch, Illinois 60002-0789. While we will reissue this policy annually, you only need to notify us once if you choose to restrict how we share information. If we change our information-sharing practices, we will send you a revised notice.
